A Prairie View

On Friday I took a road trip down Hwy 75. Just south of St. Agathe is the Union Point Church in the middle of the highway. I've passed by this church for years and have always wanted to take a picture of it. While on the road I also took some shots of the prairies.

These are some photos from my Photo 1 course at Prairieview. The assignment was to take portraits. My awesome coworker Kathy was more than willing to let me take pics of her, and she brought her hubby along who kept us entertained. They are such an adorable couple and they kept me laughing through the entire shoot.

On Friday I photographed my friends very adorable family. These three cuties were quite a handful with all the energy they had. I had a blast following them around trying to catch that perfect shot.

Yesterday I had the privilege of photographing my friends baby girl. She is absolutely adorable and is going to be a heartbreaker.

What Boredom Brings

Today I was at home, and bored. I didn't feel like cleaning or gardening. My husband suggested that I go take pictures. I took his suggestion and went to Kildonan Park. Here's a snippet of the pics that I took.

New York

My husband and I spent a week in New York this July. Other than the extreme heat it was a great vacation. We arrived just before a heatwave hit and temperatures were record breaking. These pictures are only a small sampling of what I took. Featured pictures are of the Brooklyn Bridge, the Subway, Grand Central Terminal and a couple random shots.

Heidi

My beautiful friend Heidi is expecting, and has let me take pictures of her baby bump. She is due in November, so the bump is pretty small right now. I'll take pics closer to her due date.
